In-Person and Online Counselling in the UK – Affordable, Professional Support
I offer in-person counselling in the West Lothian area and online counselling across the UK, providing a safe, confidential space where you can talk openly and feel heard. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, trauma, relationships, or feeling overwhelmed, counselling can help you better understand your experiences and move forward.
Sessions are 50 minutes and cost £40
Your first session is free, with no obligation to continue
What I offer
Trauma Counselling
I offer trauma-informed counselling for individuals who have experienced difficult or distressing events, including:
- Childhood trauma
- Sexual trauma
- Complex or long-term emotional experiences
We work gently and safely, helping you process experiences without feeling overwhelmed, while building a sense of control and understanding.
Counselling for Children and Adolescents
I provide counselling for children and young people, offering a supportive and age-appropriate space to explore emotions and challenges.
This may include support with:
- Anxiety and emotional distress
- Behavioural difficulties
- School-related stress
- Family changes or challenges
Family Support and Parenting
I work with parents, carers, and families to help manage stress, improve communication, and navigate challenges together.
This includes:
- Parenting support
- Family conflict
- Understanding children’s emotional needs
- Supporting young people through difficulties
Relationship Counselling
I offer support for individuals experiencing relationship difficulties, helping you explore patterns, improve communication, and develop healthier connections.
Support for Care Experience, Disability, and Carers
I provide counselling for those with:
- Care experience (including foster care and adoption)
- Disabilities or long-term health conditions
- Carer stress or burnout
This space allows you to explore the emotional impact of these experiences and feel supported in your role and identity.
